Rent Our Spaces

Please Note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are not taking rental requests until further notice.

The historic Berkeley Street Theatre is an ideal space for theatre productions, performances, rehearsals, workshops, meetings, cocktail receptions and special events. Built in 1887, it was designed by renowned Toronto architects, Walter Strickland and William Symons, and is a stunning example of industrial Victorian architecture. Featuring two theatre spaces (working with IATSE 58 and 822), two lobbies and a rehearsal hall, the complex, previously know as The Gas Works, is sure to impress your patrons, clients and guests.
